    Each exercise class offers two levels of intensity so you will always have a suitable option to choose from.

  • In Module 2 we explore Support Strategies with more detail regarding how to find your energy, how to improve your sleep hygiene, and how to recognise when you’re holding your body in a state of tension and what you can do about it.

  • In Module 3 we dive deeper into the Fine tuning of your Exercise Ability with a focus on essential exercise tips and techniques, reinforcing accurate connections to your core and pelvic floor muscles, as well as why you should bother to stretch your body.
