In Module 1 we introduce you to the Fundamentals of Fitness, Mindset and Nutrition focusing on getting started while also commencing home exercise classes appropriate to your fitness level.
Each exercise class offers two levels of intensity so you will always have a suitable option to choose from.
Units:
1.1: How to exercise safely
1.2: Find motivation to keep going… even when times are tough
1.3: How to nourish your body to thrive through treatment

In Module 2 we explore Support Strategies with more detail regarding how to find your energy, how to improve your sleep hygiene, and how to recognise when you’re holding your body in a state of tension and what you can do about it.

2.1: Find your energy to exercise… even when you’re tired
2.2: How to sleep better to maximise energy and immunity
2.3: Easy strategies for relaxation that will help you manage stress

In Module 3 we dive deeper into the Fine tuning of your Exercise Ability with a focus on essential exercise tips and techniques, reinforcing accurate connections to your core and pelvic floor muscles, as well as why you should bother to stretch your body.

3.1: Exercise tips and techniques to get the most out of every workout
3.2: Pelvic Floor and Core: How to feel strong and confident exercising
3.3: Stretching… why bother?

Module 4 is all about how to maintain your forward momentum by rewiring your brain to de-stress, building your resilience and taking time to reflect and reset with goal setting in mind.

4.1: Rewiring your brain to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood
4.2: Build resilience during tough times to move forward with confidence
4.3: Time to reflect and re-set
