Continue the REVIVE Class options, but challenge yourself if ready to do more of the Moderate intensity options
Re-watch the education videos to consolidate knowledge, OR pick out other videos from our education options on the membership site that might be relevant to you.

Consider keeping the same exercise routine and challenge yourself with higher intensity options, such as C25 class
